What to do when lost your android device?

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to "Gmail.com".

Step 2: Log in with the same gmail id which is linked with your Phone(The gmail id which is logged in your phone).

Step 3: Now after log in, Enter "My account google" in google search box. Choose the first link.

 

Step 4: Now click on "Find your phone".

Step 5: Now the page will show your devices name that are connected with your gmail account. Click on the device you wants to find. 

Step 6: Now it will ask for password to verify that it is you or someone else.

Step 7: After entering the password you will see some options. Some of the main options are:

• Ring or locate you phone - You can ring your phone by clicking on "ring" or locate your                                                         phone by click on "Locate". It is good to use ring option than locate because to locate the phone your phone's GPS should be ON. Click on "Next step".

• Recent security events - Here you can check the recent activity of your account. If found all okay click on "LOOKS GOOD". 

• Lock your phone - You can lock your phone with a message and a number for calling owner displaying on the phone's screen. Click on "Lock".

• Consider erasing your phone: You can erase your phone by  clicking on "Yes, Erase".
